60 Young People from the “Viața Nouă” Summer Camp Participated in a Drug Prevention Educational Activity

On the occasion of the International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking, the “Pas cu Pas regiunea Sud” Association organized an educational activity for 60 young people attending the “Viața Nouă” Summer Camp in the town of Vulcănești.

During the interactive session “Healthy Choices and Protective Behaviours Against the Use of Psychoactive Substances”, participants discussed the effects of drug use on health, learned how to recognize risk situations, and practiced strategies for resisting peer pressure.

Through practical activities and interactive exercises, the young participants strengthened their knowledge of making responsible choices, developing protective behaviours, and identifying support services they can turn to whenever they need help.

The activity aimed to promote a healthy lifestyle and increase young people's awareness of preventing the use of psychoactive substances.
