Regarding the procurement of services for the preparation and organization of the joint activity “Intellectual Game: Civic Activism in the Republic of Moldova” within the project “PARTNER – Youth from Cahul and Leova for Participation, Involvement and Representation”

  6. Main objective: Contracting services for the preparation and organization of the joint activity “Intellectual Game: Civic Activism in the Republic of Moldova”, aimed at strengthening young people’s knowledge of civic activism, democratic processes and public institutions, as well as promoting interactive learning and cooperation between young people from Cahul and Leova.
  7. Place of service provision: Cahul municipality
  8. Project activity concerned: Activity A3.1 – Joint activity “Intellectual Game: Civic Activism in the Republic of Moldova”, with the participation of approximately 50 young people from Cahul and Leova districts.
  9. Main tasks:
  • developing the concept and format of the intellectual game;
  • preparing the package of questions and tasks for the competition;
  • including questions on civic activism in the Republic of Moldova and relevant examples from international experience, as well as on democratic processes and public institutions in the Republic of Moldova;
  • organizing and moderating the intellectual competition;
  • providing the necessary team for conducting the game (2–3 persons);
  • organizing the travel of the team involved in carrying out the activity;
  • ensuring the interactive and competitive nature of the activity and the active involvement of participants.
  1. Deadline for completion of the assignment: The services will be provided during a period agreed jointly with the contracting authority, with the activity to be organized on a date coordinated in advance with the service provider, during October–November 2026.
  1. General requirements for bidders:
  • experience in organizing and moderating intellectual games, quizzes, competitions or other interactive educational activities;
  • experience in developing questions and tasks for intellectual competitions;
  • experience in working with young people;
  • ability to provide a team of 2–3 persons for the organization and implementation of the activity.
  1. Qualification documents/requirements for economic operators include the following:
  • a brief presentation/CV of the bidder or team;
  • a commercial offer in MDL, prepared in accordance with the Terms of Reference.
  1. Deadline for submission of offers: by 12:00 on 11.09.2026.
  2. Late offers will be rejected.
  3. Award criterion: Lowest price.
  4. Validity period of offers: 30 days.
  5. Price: The price shall be calculated in MDL, at a 0% VAT rate, in accordance with the legislation in force of the Republic of Moldova. Supporting documents will be requested from the successful bidder upon contract signing.
